Le développement agricole, industriel et urbain génère une production de matières organiques variées et en quantités de plus en plus importantes. De fait, la valorisation agricole et énergétique de ces matières organiques fait l’objet d’une demande croissante de la société. Mais elle n’est pas si simple à mettre en œuvre… ni sans risque. Recycling and Risk

The agricultural, industrial and urban development generates a production of varied organic matters and in increasingly large quantities. In fact, the agricultural and energy valorization of these organic matters is the object of an increasing demand of the society. But it is not so simple to implement… nor without risk.
